Lee Rivenbark retired in 2018 after almost 21 years with Bayer, most recently as head of seeds for North America for Bayer Crop Science LP, based out of the Seeds Innovation Center in Lubbock, Texas, where he and his family lived for 14 years. Lee currently resides in Auburn, Alabama, with his wife Camille and works as a partner of Ag World Advisors and volunteers at Auburn University in various roles within the school of agriculture, focusing on leadership skill development.

Lee then joined Helena Chemical Company where he held several positions in sales, retail management and product management throughout the Southeast and Midsouth.

In 1997, Lee accepted a position with Bayer Crop Science and led the commercial launch of the FiberMax cotton seed business. He held several positions within the company in marketing, sales management, operations and general management within NA and Globally for multiple crops. In addition, Lee served on the Global Seeds Leadership Team, U.S. Business Crop Protection Management Team and the North American Leadership Team.
